Preparation Tips

To ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your triathlon, aim to arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before the race is scheduled to start. Here's a quick guide to help you get ready:

  • Register and Pick Up Your Race Timer
Check in at the registration desk upon arrival.
  • Set Up in the Transition Area
Head to the designated transition area to rack your bike. Lay out your gear—running shoes, helmet, towel, and other essentials.
  • Listen for the Race Briefing
Stay close to the transition area and listen for announcements. The race briefing will provide important information about the course, rules, and safety reminders.
  • Stay Calm and Focused
Use any remaining time to double-check your setup, warm up, and mentally prepare for the race ahead.

Arriving early allows you to settle in, avoid unnecessary stress, and fully enjoy the experience. Good luck and have a fantastic race!
